Great comment, yes journaling is a fantastic way to get the things that are in your mind out on paper. The way you can feel it in your body is that when you write you are by osmosis telling and directing your subconscious on what to focus on. The Triad of change and growth by Robbins, are made up of three things, What you Focus on, What you say to yourself and how you use your physiology. The Focus and self talk are both huge components.
